About the product
Banner Engineering SM31RL100QD is a photo-electric sensor from the SM312 series, designed with a through-beam system and opposed mode with a 100 aperture installed potentiometer adjustment. This sensor, functioning as a receiver alone, is housed in thermoplastic with an acrylic lens. It features a pre-equipped 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity and operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The SM31RL100QD offers an M18 threaded mount for installation and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. It boasts a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, and 12, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. The sensor has a rectangular shape, includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), and provides a sensing distance of up to 30m. It utilizes infrared (IR) light, has a response time of 1ms / 0.001 s, and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes.
