About the product
Banner Engineering SM312LVAG W/30 is a photo-electric sensor from the SM312 series designed in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment. It features a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens. This sensor is pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc being nominal. The mounting mode is an M18 threaded mount. It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +70°C. The sensor offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, NEMA 2, NEMA 3, NEMA 3S, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 6, and NEMA 12. Its shape is rectangular, and it includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor). The sensing distance of this sensor ranges from 55mm to 2m, and it emits visible red light. The response time is 1ms / 0.001 s, with operating modes that include Light-ON and Dark-ON.
