Banner Engineering SM30PRLB is a photo-electric sensor designed as part of the SM30 series, featuring a through-beam system with "B" modulation frequency and is washdown rated. This sensor functions as a receiver alone, housed in a thermoplastic material. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. The SM30PRLB operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 6P, and IP69K, making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions. It has a cylindrical threaded/barrel shape with an M30 thread size. The SM30PRLB features 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), can detect objects up to 150m away, and uses infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm.
