About the product
Banner Engineering SM2A30SRLNCC is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, specifically within the SM30 series. This sensor operates as a receiver alone, featuring a stainless steel housing and a pre-wired connection with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It supports a supply voltage range of 24Vac-240Vac, with nominal voltages of 200Vac / 220Vac. The sensor can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 6P, and IP69K, making it suitable for washdown environments. Its M30 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape facilitates easy installation. The SM2A30SRLNCC provides one digital output (Solid-state AC output) and has a sensing distance of up to 150m. It utilizes infrared light with a wavelength of 880 nm and has a response time of 10ms / 0.01 s. The operating mode is Dark-ON, and it features "C" modulation frequency to avoid cross-talk with other sensors.
