VS3AP5XLP Description
Banner Engineering VS3AP5XLP is a polarized (coaxial) photo-electric sensor designed for retro-reflective operation. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing, glass lens, and an acrylic lid cover, ensuring durability and protection with an IP67 and NEMA 6 rating. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55°C and has a light-ON normally open (NO) operating mode. The sensor is equipped with one digital output (PNP transistor) and boasts a quick response time of 1ms / 0.001 s. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for easy installation. The rectangular-shaped sensor emits visible red light at a wavelength of 680 nm and operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.). With a sensing distance of 250mm, the VS3AP5XLP is part of the VS3 series, designed to meet a variety of application needs.
