Banner Engineering QS30LLP W/30 is a polarized Class 1 laser photo-electric sensor designed for precise object detection and positioning. It features a retro-reflective mode with TEACH functionality for easy setup and a robust M30 threaded mount for secure installation. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50°C and is housed in a durable thermoplastic with an acrylic lens, ensuring longevity in various environments. It comes pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for flexible connectivity. The QS30LLP series sensor offers a sensing distance of 20cm to 18m and utilizes visible red light with a wavelength of 650 nm for detection. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes, catering to diverse application needs. With a quick response time of 0.5ms and a digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), this sensor ensures timely and accurate signal processing. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. The device is protected to IP67 and NEMA 6 standards, making it suitable for use in challenging conditions.
