QS30VR3RE-74180 Banner Proximity Sensors

Banner Engineering QS30VR3RE-74180 is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, featuring an emitter and receiver pair. This sensor is equipped with an M30 threaded mount for installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy connection. The QS30VR3RE-74180 operates on a universal voltage range, accepting 24Vac-250Vac (with 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac nominal) and 12Vdc-250Vdc (with 24Vdc, 48Vdc, and 120Vdc nominal), making it part of the QS30 universal voltage series. It boasts a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. The sensor's housing is made from thermoplastic with an acrylic lens, and it is designed in a rectangular shape. With a sensing distance of up to 60m and utilizing infrared (IR) light, this sensor offers versatile detection capabilities. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and includes 1 x digital output (SPDT relay contact) with a response time of 15ms / 0.015 s.
