Banner Engineering QS18EP6DVQ1 is a photo-electric sensor from the QS18 Expert series, designed with a diffuse mode TEACH mode for versatile applications. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. The sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 6-inch (150mm) pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Pico-style M8 connector for easy connection. It boasts a rectangular shape with a thermoplastic housing and a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens. With a sensing distance of 600mm and visible red light, this sensor offers both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. It provides a single digital output (PNP transistor; complementary) and has a quick response time of 0.6ms (0.0006 s). The QS18EP6DVQ1 operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and is protected to IP67 NEMA 6 standards, ensuring durability in various environments.
