Banner Engineering S12SN6RQP is a photo-electric sensor designed as part of the S12 series, featuring a through-beam system in an opposed mode configuration. This sensor functions as a receiver alone, constructed with a thermoplastic housing, polycarbonate lens, and a polyurethane end cap. It offers a pre-wired connection with a 6-inch (150mm) pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Pico-style M8 connector. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70 degrees Celsius and is rated with a degree of protection of IP67 NEMA 6P. The S12SN6RQP features a cylindrical threaded/barrel shape with an M12 thread size, and it includes 1 x digital output (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC). It has a sensing distance of 15 meters and utilizes visible red light with a wavelength of 680 nm.
