About the product
Banner Engineering QS30LLPC is a polarized Class 1 laser photo-electric sensor designed for retro-reflective mode operation with TEACH mode functionality. It features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy connection. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50°C and is housed in a durable thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens, ensuring a sensing distance of up to 18m. The QS30LLPC series sensor emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 650 nm and offers both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. It provides a high degree of protection with an IP67 NEMA 6 rating, making it suitable for challenging environments. The sensor is powered by a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc (with 12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal) and includes one digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) with a rapid response time of 0.5ms / 0.0005 s.
