About the product
Banner Engineering QS30LD is a Class 1 laser photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of detection applications. It features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50°C. This sensor is equipped with a diffuse mode TEACH mode for adaptable sensing and comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy connection. Part of the QS30 Diffuse-mode Laser sensors series, it boasts an IP67 NEMA 6 degree of protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The QS30LD operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal, and is housed in a rectangular, thermoplastic body with an acrylic lens. It has a sensing distance of 400mm and emits a visible red light at a wavelength of 650 nm. This sensor supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and features a single digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) with a rapid response time of 0.5ms / 0.0005 s.
