M12E W/30 Description
Banner Engineering M12E W/30 is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, part of the M12 series. This sensor functions as an emitter alone, utilizing visible red light with a wavelength of 660 nm. It features an M12 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape and is constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens. The sensor is pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, supporting a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60 °C and offers a sensing distance of 5m. The M12E W/30 is designed to meet IP67, IP68, NEMA 5, and NEMA 6 protection standards, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions.
