PULS CS5.241-C1 is a DIN rail mounting power supply unit with an aluminium housing designed for a wide range of industrial applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and offers various current consumption rates depending on the input voltage: 1.23A at 230Vac, 2A at 120Vac, and 2.33A at 100Vac, with a peak inrush current of 10A across all input voltages. The unit boasts an efficiency of 0.902 at 230Vac, 0.894 at 120Vac, and 0.888 at 100Vac. Its printed circuit board is conformal coated, enhancing its resistance to harsh environments. The dimensions are W32mm x H124mm x D117mm. It features a start-up delay of 740-900ms and rise times of 8ms and 25ms under different load capacitances. Protection functions include output overvoltage protection, active input inrush current limiter, and overload/short-circuit current protection, with capabilities for series/parallel operation for redundancy. The unit can handle back-feeding loads up to 35V without malfunctioning. Power dissipation/losses are 13.2W and 14.5W for 230Vac and 120Vac inputs, respectively, at full output load. The output stage capacitance is 1800µF. Electrical durability varies with conditions, reaching up to 408000 hours at 25°C and 2.5A output with a 230Vac input. The ripple is maintained at 50mVpp. This AC/DC power supply unit, part of the C-Line series, includes a 20% power reserve, DC-OK relay contact output, and screw-clamp connections. It supports a supply voltage range of 85Vac-132Vac / 184Vac-264Vac with auto-selection and features rated currents of 6A and 5A at 24Vdc under different ambient temperatures, with a rated power of 144W at less than 45°C ambient temperature. The output voltage is adjustable between 24Vdc and 28Vdc, with a hold time of 78ms and 80ms at 230Vac and 120Vac inputs, respectively.
