Product description
PULS CP10.241-S2 is a DIN rail mounting power supply unit with an aluminium housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and has a net width of 39 mm. The current consumption varies with input voltage, being 1.13A at 230Vac input, 2.15A at 120Vac input, 2.6A at 100Vac input, and 2.35A at 110Vdc input, with a peak inrush current of 11A at 230Vac input and 7A at 120Vac input. It offers an IP20 degree of protection and achieves an efficiency of 0.952 at 230Vac input and 0.936 at 120Vac input. The dimensions are W39mm x H124mm x D117mm. The start-up delay ranges from 240-300ms for 100-230Vac input, with a rise time of 30ms under nominal input and full constant current load without load capacitance, and 160ms with 10mF load capacitance. It features protection against output overvoltage, overload/short-circuit, and over-temperature, with automatic restart in case of over-temperature conditions. The unit supports series/parallel operation for increased output voltages or power, and 1+1 redundancy with a redundancy module. It is resistant to back-feeding loads up to 35V. Power dissipation/losses are 12.1W at 230Vac input and 16.4W at 120Vac input, with an output stage capacitance of 4400µF. Electrical durability varies with conditions, reaching up to 499,000 hours at 40°C and 12A output with 1AC 230Vac input. The ripple is 50mVpp (20Hz...20MHz; 50Ω). This AC/DC power supply unit offers a 20% power reserve and includes ATEX approval, DC-OK relay contact output, and push-in spring connections. The supply voltage ranges from 88Vdc-180Vdc for DC and 85Vac-264Vac for AC, with specific tolerances for overvoltage and shutdown voltages. The rated current is 12A at 48Vdc from -25 to +45°C, 10A at 24Vdc from +45 to +60°C, and 7.5A at 24Vdc at +70°C. It is suitable for single-phase (1AC) or DC networks, with a rated power of 288W at -25 to +45°C, 240W at -25 to +60°C, and 180W at +70°C, with linear derating between +60°C and +70°C. The output voltage is adjustable from 24Vdc to 28Vdc, with a 200mV turn-ON overshoot, and a hold time of 37ms at 120/230Vac input.
