PULS CP10.241-S1 is a DIN rail mounting power supply unit housed in aluminium, designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C. It consumes 1.13A with a 230Vac input for full output, 2.15A with a 120Vac input, 2.6A with a 100Vac input, and 2.35A with a 110Vdc input for a 24Vdc / 10A output, featuring a peak max. inrush of 11A at 230Vac input and 7A at 120Vac input. This unit offers an IP20 degree of protection and achieves an efficiency of 0.952 at 230Vac input and 0.936 at 120Vac input. Its dimensions are W39mm x H124mm x D117mm. The start-up delay ranges from 240-300ms for 100-230Vac input, with a rise time of 30ms under nominal input with a full constant current load and 0mF load capacitance, extending to 160ms with 10mF load capacitance. It includes protection functions such as output overvoltage protection, overload/short-circuit current protection, and over-temperature protection with automatic restart. The unit supports series/parallel operation for increased output voltages or power, and redundancy for higher system availability, and is resistant to back-feeding loads up to 35V. Power dissipation/losses are 12.1W at 230Vac input and 16.4W at 120Vac input with a full output load. The output stage capacitance is 4400µF. Electrical durability is rated at various hours across different conditions, with a ripple of 50mVpp at 20Hz to 20MHz.
