PULS CD5.241-S1 is a power supply unit designed for DIN rail mounting, featuring an aluminium housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and has a net width of 32 mm. The unit consumes 5.5A current at a 24Vdc input to deliver a full 24Vdc output at 5A, with a peak inrush current of 1.6A. It boasts an efficiency of 0.902 under a 24Vdc, 5A input condition. The dimensions of this power supply unit are W32mm x H124mm x D102mm. It includes a 290ms start-up delay and a 520ms rise time under nominal input with a constant full current load. The CD5.241-S1 is equipped with protection functions including output overvoltage protection, low input voltage signalling via relay contact, and short-circuit current protection. It supports series or parallel operation for increased output power or 1+1 redundancy for higher system availability.
