Banner Engineering VS1AP5C20Q is a photo-electric sensor with a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP54 NEMA 3, making it suitable for various environments with an operational ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55°C. This sensor operates in Light-ON NO (Normally Open) mode and includes 1 x digital output (PNP transistor) with a rapid response time of 1ms / 0.001 s. It features a pre-wired connection with a 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 3-pin Pico-style M8 connector. The rectangular-shaped sensor operates at a wavelength of 865 nm, emitting infrared (IR) light, and is designed for convergent mode with a sensing distance of 20mm. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and is part of the VS1 series.
