This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP68G. It operates in a normally open (NO) mode at a standard frequency, with a current consumption of 15mA (0.015 A). The GX-F8A has a sensing distance of 0mm to 2.1mm and a sampling rate of 500 Hz. It includes 1 digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 100mA) and features an orange LED as a visual position indicator. The sensor is designed to detect objects of the size of an iron sheet measuring 15x15x1mm.
