Banner Engineering S30SP6FF400 W/30 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor from the S30 series, designed with a background suppression system. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing and is pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc / 24Vdc, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. The sensor is protected to IP67 NEMA 6P standards, ensuring its durability in various environmental conditions. It has an M30 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape for easy installation. The sensor offers one digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) and has a sensing distance of 400mm. It utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm and boasts a quick response time of 3ms / 0.003 s. The operating modes available are Light-ON and Dark-ON, providing versatility in application.
