About the product
Banner Engineering Q45VR2DX is a photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring a diffuse mode with potentiometer adjustment. It is equipped for mounting via an M30 threaded mount and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens, ensuring durability, and it is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates in bare end flying leads for easy installation. The Q45VR2DX operates on a supply voltage of 90Vac-250Vac, with nominal values at 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac, and offers a sensing distance of up to 3m. It emits infrared light at a wavelength of 880 nm and can operate in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes. The sensor provides a single digital output (SPDT relay contact) and boasts a quick response time of 15ms. It is part of the Q45VR2 series and offers a high degree of protection with an IP67 NEMA 6P rating, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial environments.
