Banner Engineering Q45BW22DX is a photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring a diffuse mode with potentiometer adjustment. This sensor is equipped with an M30 threaded mount and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens, ensuring durability. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a sensing distance of up to 3m. The Q45BW22DX utilizes infrared light with a wavelength of 880 nm and can operate in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes. It is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy installation. The sensor is powered by a supply voltage ranging from 90Vac to 250Vac (with 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac nominal values) and includes one digital output (Solid-state AC output; SPST contact type) with a quick response time of 2ms. This model, part of the Q45BW22 series, is designed to offer a high degree of protection with an IP67 NEMA 6P rating, making it suitable for challenging environments.
