Q120RA-US-AFQ Description

Banner Engineering Q120RA-US-AFQ is a narrow-beam adjustable-field radar sensor designed with a time-of-flight system and is US / Brazil Telecom-approved. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +65 °C and is housed in an ABS / Polycarbonate (PC) material, ensuring durability. This sensor is pre-equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy connection and falls under the Q120RA-AF series. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for challenging environments. The supply voltage required for operation is 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape encompasses a transmission frequency within the 24.075GHz to 24.175GHz range in the ISM band. The sensing distance of this device ranges from 3.5m to 12m. It features an operating mode that can be set to either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) for signaling. Additionally, it is equipped with protection functions against reverse polarity and short-circuit incidents.
