Q10AP6D Banner Optical Sensors

Banner Engineering Q10AP6D is a photo-electric sensor designed for versatile mounting options, including flat or stand-off mount. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and features a diffuse mode with potentiometer adjustment for precise control. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, ensuring easy integration into various systems. The Q10AP6D, part of the Q10 series, offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6P, making it suitable for challenging environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. The sensor's rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with a glass lens, ensuring durability and longevity. It has a sensing distance of up to 500mm and utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm in a Light-ON operating mode. Additionally, it features a single digital output (PNP transistor) and boasts a quick response time of 3ms / 0.003 s.
