PULS CP20.241-V1 is a DIN rail mounting power supply unit with an aluminium housing, designed for an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C. It features a net width of 48mm and dimensions of W48mm x H124mm x D127mm. The unit has a current consumption of 11A peak max. inrush at 230Vac input and 7A peak max. inrush at 120Vac input. Its efficiency rates are 0.956 at 230Vac input, 0.942 at 120Vac input, and 0.936 at 100Vac input. The CP20.241-V1 offers a 450ms start-up delay and rise times of 145ms and 160ms under specified conditions. It includes protection functions such as output overvoltage protection and overload/short-circuit protection, with the capability for series or parallel operation for increased output voltages or power. The unit is resistant to back-feeding loads up to 35V. Power dissipation/losses are 22.1W and 29.6W under full output load for 230Vac and 120Vac inputs, respectively. The output stage capacitance is 8500µF. Electrical durability spans from 31,000 to 488,000 hours under various conditions. The ripple is 50mVpp. This AC/DC power supply unit features a 20% power reserve, remote shutdown, ATEX approval, and a DC-OK relay contact output. Connection is made via screw-clamp connections. It supports a supply voltage range of 88Vdc-180Vdc and 85Vac-264Vac, with a rated current of 20A at 24Vdc, and offers a rated power of 480W. The output voltage is adjustable between 24Vdc and 28Vdc, with a 500mV turn-ON overshoot and a hold time of 32ms at 120/230Vac input.
