Product description
PULS CP20.241-R2 is a DIN rail mounting power supply unit housed in an aluminium casing, designed for a wide range of industrial applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a net width of 48mm. The unit consumes current differently based on the input voltage: 2.25A at 230Vac, 4.28A at 120Vac, 5.17A at 100Vac input for full output, and 4.64A at 110Vdc input for a 24Vdc / 10A output, with peak inrush currents of 5.5A at 230Vac and 12A at 120Vac. It boasts an efficiency of 0.952 at 230Vac input and 0.938 at 120Vac input. The dimensions are W48mm x H124mm x D127mm. The power supply features a 450ms start-up delay and a rise time of 145ms to 160ms under nominal input conditions. It includes protection functions such as output overvoltage protection and overload/short-circuit protection, with the capability for series or parallel operation for increased output voltages or power. The unit is resistant to back-feeding loads up to 35V. Power dissipation losses are 24.2W at 230Vac input and 31.7W at 120Vac input, with an output stage capacitance of 8000µF. Electrical durability ranges from 25,000 to 465,000 hours depending on the operating conditions. The ripple is specified at 100mVpp. This AC/DC power supply unit is part of the CP-series and is designed with built-in decoupling MOSFET for redundancy, hot-swappable connectors, and ATEX approval. It offers a 20% power reserve and features a DC-OK relay contact output. The connection type is hot-swappable connectors. Supply voltage ranges from 88Vdc to 180Vdc for DC and 85Vac to 264Vac for AC, with specific tolerances for overvoltage and shutdown voltages. The rated current is 24A at 48Vdc in temperatures up to +45°C, with derating at higher temperatures. It supports single-phase (1AC) or DC networks and provides a rated power of 576W at temperatures up to +45°C, with linear derating up to +70°C. The output voltage is fixed at 24Vdc, with a 1000mV turn-ON overshoot and a hold time of 32ms at 120/230Vac input.
