Banner Engineering QS186EQPMA is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, functioning as an emitter alone. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. This sensor is part of the QS18 series and is equipped with a pre-wired 6-inch (150mm) PUR cable that terminates with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector, facilitating easy and quick connections. The QS186EQPMA offers a sensing distance of up to 20 meters and utilizes infrared (IR) light for detection. It is constructed with a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens, while the cable sheath is made of polyurethane (PUR), ensuring durability. The device is protected against ingress with an IP67 NEMA 6 rating, and it supports a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. Its rectangular shape is designed to accommodate a variety of installation environments.
