Banner Engineering Q45BW22LPQ1 is a polarized photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring an M30 threaded mount for secure installation. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and is designed in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment for precise control. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin 1/2" micro connector for easy connection and is powered by a supply voltage ranging from 90Vac to 250Vac (with nominal voltages of 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac). Part of the Q45BW22 series, it boasts an IP67 NEMA 6P degree of protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The sensor's rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens, capable of sensing distances from 0.15cm up to 6m. It emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 680 nm and offers both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. Additionally, it features a single digital output (Solid-state AC output; SPST contact type) with a rapid response time of 2ms / 0.002 s.
