About the product
Banner Engineering Q45AD9F W/30 is a photo-electric fiberoptic sensor designed for intrinsically safe operations. It features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. The sensor is equipped with a potentiometer for easy adjustment and comes pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates in bare end flying leads for convenient connection. Part of the Q45AD9 series, it boasts an IP67 NEMA 6P degree of protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 5Vdc to 15Vdc, with a nominal 12Vdc, and is housed in a rectangular, thermoplastic casing with glass fiber. It emits an infrared light with a wavelength of 880 nm and includes 1 x digital output (NAMUR) with a rapid response time of 5ms / 0.005 s.
