About the product
Banner Engineering PVL500P is a photo-electric array sensor designed for retro-reflective mode operation. It features a 500mm array length and operates within an ambient air temperature of up to +50°C. This sensor is pre-wired with a 2m pigtail that terminates with a 5-pin M12 connector, ensuring easy integration into existing systems. The PVL500P is housed in black anodized aluminum with a PVC connector, offering a degree of protection rated at IP50. It operates on a supply voltage range of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc as the nominal voltage. The rectangular-shaped sensor has a sensing distance of 1.5m and utilizes green and red light with wavelengths of 525 nm and 625 nm, respectively. The beam spacing or pitch is 70mm, and it features a single digital output (PNP transistor) in a Normally Open (NO) operating mode.
