DXM150-B1R2 Banner I/O Modules

Banner Engineering DXM150-B1R2 is a Remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting and features a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP20. This controller is equipped with 2 analog outputs (0-20mA / 0-10Vdc), 2 digital outputs (SPDT / Form-C / NO/NC contact type; 16A / 250Vac), and 4 digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; NMOS; 1A), alongside 2 digital inputs (12-30Vdc isolated inputs) and 8 digital inputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; Sink/Source/Counter) which can also function as 8AI (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc / 10kΩ thermistor). It features a 100MHz processing speed, isolated inputs, and a built-in relay. The DXM150-B1 series utilizes Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) technology with a SAM4 processor and CAN for robust communication. Connection types include an RJ45 connector for Ethernet and an RP-SMA connector. It requires a supply voltage of 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.) and supports RS-485, RS-232, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and Ethernet/IP communication protocols. The memory capacity is 2MB on-board and expandable up to 8GB via SD card. Operating on a 900MHz ISM band with a 1W radio (HE5 MultiHop data radio; North America), it can achieve a maximum transmission distance of 9.6km at nominal emission power.
