DXM150-B1R2 Description

Banner Engineering DXM150-B1R2 is a Remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting and features a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP20. This controller is equipped with 2 analog outputs (0-20mA / 0-10Vdc), 2 digital outputs (SPDT / Form-C / NO/NC contact type; 16A / 250Vac), and 4 digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; NMOS; 1A), alongside 2 digital inputs (12-30Vdc isolated inputs) and 8 digital inputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; Sink/Source/Counter) which can also function as 8AI (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc / 10kΩ thermistor). It features a 100MHz processing speed, isolated inputs, and a built-in relay. The DXM150-B1 series utilizes Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) technology with a SAM4 processor and CAN for robust communication. Connection types include an RJ45 connector for Ethernet and an RP-SMA connector. It requires a supply voltage of 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.) and supports RS-485, RS-232, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and Ethernet/IP communication protocols. The memory capacity is 2MB on-board and expandable up to 8GB via SD card. PULS UBC10.241 is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) control module within the U-series, featuring a built-in battery with a 50% power reserve and a green status LED. This module is housed in aluminium and utilizes spring-clamp connections for installation. It measures W123mm x H124mm x D119mm and operates on a supply voltage range of 22.5Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The rated current is 10A at 22.5Vdc and can reach up to 15A in buffer mode for less than 5 seconds at full output voltage. It supports DIN rail mounting and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0 to +40°C. The current consumption is 1.1A at a 24Vdc input, and it is designed for DC networks. Visual position indicators include Ready, Buffering, Inhibit, and Replace Battery.
