DXM150-B2R2 Description

Banner Engineering DXM150-B2R2 is a remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting with a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP20. This controller features 2 analog outputs (0-20mA / 0-10Vdc), 8 digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; PNP/NPN; 100mA), and 10 digital inputs, which include 2 isolated inputs (12-30Vdc) and 8 inputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; Sink/Source/Counter) that can also function as 8 analog inputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc / 10kΩ thermistor). It utilizes a 900 MHz transmission frequency with a maximum transmission distance of 9.6km at nominal emission power. The DXM150-B2R2 is equipped with a 100MHz processor, supports Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) technology, and is powered by a SAM4 processor. Connections are facilitated through an RJ45 connector for Ethernet and an RP-SMA connector, supporting a supply voltage of 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.). PULS UBC10.241 is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) control module within the U-series, featuring a built-in battery with a 50% power reserve and a green status LED. This module is housed in aluminium and utilizes spring-clamp connections for installation. It measures W123mm x H124mm x D119mm and operates on a supply voltage range of 22.5Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The rated current is 10A at 22.5Vdc and can reach up to 15A in buffer mode for less than 5 seconds at full output voltage. It supports DIN rail mounting and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0 to +40°C. The current consumption is 1.1A at a 24Vdc input, and it is designed for DC networks. Visual position indicators include Ready, Buffering, Inhibit, and Replace Battery.
