DXM150-S1R2 Banner I/O Modules

Banner Engineering DXM150-S1R2 is a remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting and features a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP20. The dimensions of this part are H93.9mm x W156mm x D94.6mm. It is equipped with 2 analog outputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc), 2 digital outputs (SPDT / Form-C / NO/NC contact type; 16A / 250Vac), and 4 digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; NMOS; 1A). Additionally, it has 2 digital inputs (12-30Vdc isolated inputs) and 8 digital inputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; Sink/Source/Counter) which can also be used as 8AI (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc / 10kΩ thermistor). This controller utilizes FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology for its design, supports RS-485 Modbus RTU communication protocol, and connects via an RP-SMA connector. It requires a supply voltage of 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.). The DXM150-S1R2 features a 900MHz ISM band 1W radio (HE5 MultiHop data radio; North America) for transmission, capable of reaching a maximum distance of 9.6km at nominal emission power. It has an on-board memory capacity of 2MB and supports an SD card up to 8GB.
