DXM1000-B1R1 Banner I/O Modules

Banner Engineering DXM1000-B1R1 is a remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting with a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers two analog outputs (0-20mA / 0-10Vdc), ensuring compatibility with various sensors and actuators. The device provides a degree of protection rated at IP20 and measures H59.5mm x W104mm x D94.6mm. It features four digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; NMOS; 1A) and four digital inputs (12-30Vdc; Sink/Source/Counter) that can also function as four analog inputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc / 10kΩ thermistor). The DXM1000-B1R1 utilizes a 300MHz processing speed for efficient data aggregation of sensors and wireless networks, incorporating FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology with an M7 processor and CAN support. Connection options include an RJ45 connector for Ethernet and an RP-SMA connector, with a supply voltage range of 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.). It supports multiple communication protocols, including RS-485, RS-232, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, and PROFINET. The device boasts a memory capacity of 16MB (on-board) and 8GB (SD card), operating on a 900MHz ISM band 1W radio (PE5 performance radio; North America) capable of a maximum 9.6km transmission distance at nominal emission power.
