DXM100-S1R4 Banner I/O Modules

Banner Engineering DXM100-S1R4 is a remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting and features a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers 2 analog outputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc), ensuring compatibility with various sensors and actuators. The device provides a degree of protection rated at IP20 and measures H61.1mm x W105.3mm x D94.7mm. It includes 4 digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; NMOS; 1A) and 4 digital inputs (12-30Vdc; Sink/Source/Counter), which can also function as 4 analog inputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc / 10kΩ thermistor) for flexible connectivity options. The DXM100-S1R4 utilizes FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology for secure and reliable wireless communication and features an RP-SMA connector for network connectivity. It supports a supply voltage range of 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.) and uses the RS-485 Modbus RTU communication protocol. With an 8GB memory capacity via an SD card, it accommodates substantial data logging and program storage. The device operates on a 2.4GHz ISM band 65mW radio (HE5 MultiHop data radio; worldwide) and can achieve a maximum transmission distance of 3.2km at nominal emission power, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
