Turck FCS-N1/2A4P-ARX-B3141/115VAC is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a PBT housing and stainless steel 316Ti for wetted parts, with a stainless steel 303 connector. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and consumes 60mA of current. This sensor is IP67 rated, indicating a high degree of protection against dust and water ingress. It has a response time ranging from 2 to 15 seconds during startup and 1 to 15 seconds during normal operation. The device includes one digital output (NO Normally Open relay dry contact) and is shaped in a rectangular body. It is capable of detecting flow rates from 1cm/s to 1.5m/s in water and 3cm/s to 3m/s in oil. Additionally, it functions as an instrumentation insertion probe flow monitor sensor/switch with a potentiometer. Part of the FCS series, it comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin 1/2"-20 UNF Microfast male connector and a 1/2" NPT threaded male process port. The sensor can withstand pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and is designed for use with a 115Vac supply voltage. It can monitor medium temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C.
