FCS-50A4-NA/D014 Description
Turck FCS-50A4-NA/D014 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel housing and wetted parts for durability. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and offers a degree of protection of IP68, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor has a rectangular body shape and is capable of detecting flow rates from 1cm/s to 1.5m/s in water and 3cm/s to 3m/s in oil. It is part of the FCS series and functions as an instrumentation insertion probe flow monitor sensor. This model is designed with a 1-1/2" tri-clamp adapter and requires a remote amplifier for operation. It comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads and a 1-1/2" (1.5") tri-clamp connection port. The sensor can withstand pressures up to 10bar (145psi) and is suitable for use with media temperatures ranging from 0 to +80°C. It requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal).
