FCS-K20-AP8X-0.2-RS4T Turck Flow Sensors

Turck FCS-K20-AP8X-0.2-RS4T is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing for durability. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and consumes 70mA of current. This sensor is protected to IP65 standards, ensuring resistance to dust and water ingress. It includes one digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP) for connectivity and is shaped as a 20mm diameter smooth cylindrical/barrel for easy installation. The sensor is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity to enhance its operational security. It can detect flow rates ranging from 50cm/s to 15m/s in air. As part of the FCS series, this sensor serves as an instrumentation insertion probe flow monitor or switch. It comes pre-wired with a 20cm / 8" pigtail cable terminated with a 3-pin M12 Eurofast QD connector and a 20mm flange process port for straightforward connection. The sensor is designed to withstand pressures up to 1bar (14.5psi) and can be used with media temperatures ranging from -10°C to +70°C. It requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.) for operation.
