Turck FCS-G1/2A4-AP8X-H1141/D030 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel housing and wetted parts for durability. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and consumes 70mA of current. With an IP65 degree of protection, it ensures resilience against dust and water ingress. The sensor has a response time of 2-15 seconds during startup and 1-15 seconds during normal operation, and it includes one digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP) for connectivity. Its rectangular body is designed for easy installation, and it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity for enhanced safety. The sensor can monitor flow rates from 1cm/s to 1.5m/s in water and 3cm/s to 3m/s in oil, making it versatile for different fluid monitoring applications. It is part of the FCS series and comes with a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/2" (1/2" BSPP) threaded male process port for easy connection. The sensor can withstand pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and is powered by a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.). Its probe length is 30mm, and it can monitor medium temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C.
