FCS-K20-LIX Description
Turck FCS-K20-LIX is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing for durability. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and consumes 70mA / 0.07A of current. This sensor offers 1 x analog output (4-20mA; linear) for precise data transmission and boasts an IP67 degree of protection, ensuring its functionality in various environmental conditions. The response time ranges from 20-40 seconds during startup and narrows to 1-5 seconds during normal operation. It comes with a 2m cable for connectivity, featuring a smooth cylindrical/barrel shape with a 20mm diameter. Designed to monitor flow rates between 50cm/s and 15m/s in air, this sensor is part of the FCS series and is equipped with a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy installation. It includes a 20mm flange process port for secure mounting, operates under pressures of 1bar / 14.5psi, and is powered by a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.). The sensor is also capable of handling medium temperatures ranging from -10°C to +70°C.
