ML100.102

PULS ML100.102 is a power supply unit (PSU) / converter designed for AC/DC applications with DIN rail mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +70°C and offers a rated current of 7.5A at 12Vdc. This unit features spring-clamp connections for secure and efficient connectivity. It supports a wide range of supply voltages, including AC inputs from 85Vac to 132Vac and 184Vac to 264Vac across various nominal values (100Vac, 110Vac, 120Vac, 200Vac, 208Vac, 220Vac, 230Vac, 240Vac) with auto-selection and a frequency range of 47-63Hz, as well as DC inputs from 213Vdc to 377Vdc (220Vdc, 250Vdc nominal). The ML100.102 is housed in a PC / ABS blend, ensuring durability, and measures W72.5mm x H75mm x D103mm. It is suitable for single-phase (1AC) or DC networks, with a net width of 72.5 mm. The unit's rated power is 90W, and it provides an adjustable output voltage range of 12Vdc to 15Vdc. It incorporates an NTC for input inrush current limiting, achieves an efficiency of 0.885 with a 230Vac input, and has a maximum inrush current consumption of 22A at 120Vac input and 37A peak at 230Vac input. Power dissipation/losses are calculated at 11.7 W, and it maintains a ripple of 50mVpp across a frequency range of 20Hz to 20MHz at 50Ω.
