PULS CT10.241-C1 is a power supply unit designed for DIN rail mounting, featuring an aluminium housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and has a current consumption of 0.6A with a 3 x 480Vac input for full 24Vdc output, and 0.7A with a 3 x 400Vac input for full 24Vdc output, with a peak inrush current of 10A for both input conditions. The unit boasts an efficiency of 0.929 and 0.928 for 3x480Vac and 3x400Vac inputs respectively. It is designed to resist harsh environments with its conformal coated PCB. The dimensions are W62mm x H124mm x D117mm. It features a 90ms start-up delay, a 40ms rise time under nominal input with a constant full current load and 0mF load capacitance, and an 85ms rise time under the same conditions with 10mF load capacitance. The power supply unit includes protection functions such as output overvoltage protection and is capable of series/parallel operation for increased output power. It has a power dissipation/loss of 18.3W and 18.6W for 3x480Vac and 3x400Vac inputs respectively, with an output stage capacitance of 6500µF. The electrical durability ranges from 36,000 to 410,000 hours depending on the operating conditions. The ripple is 50mVpp (20Hz...20MHz; 50Ω). This AC/DC power supply unit/converter offers a 20% power reserve and is part of the CT-series, featuring a conformal coating, 20% power reserve, and a DC-OK relay contact output. It utilizes screw-clamp connections and supports a supply voltage of 323Vac-576Vac with a wide range, 3-phase input. The rated current is 12A at 24Vdc from -25 to +45°C and 7.5A at 24Vdc from -25 to +70°C, with a rated power of 240W. The output voltage is adjustable between 24Vdc and 28Vdc, and the hold time is 54ms at 3x480Vac input and 34ms at 3x400Vac input.
