PULS CS10.241-S1 is a DIN rail mounting power supply unit with an aluminium housing designed for a wide range of industrial applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and supports various current consumptions based on input voltage: 2.23A at 230Vac, 3.73A at 120Vac, and 4.34A at 100Vac, all for full 24Vdc output, with a peak inrush current of 10A across all input voltages. The unit boasts an efficiency of up to 0.916 at 230Vac input. Its dimensions are 60mm in width, 124mm in height, and 117mm in depth. The CS10.241-S1 features a start-up delay of 850ms and rise times of 35ms to 75ms depending on load capacitance. It includes protection functions such as output overvoltage protection and an active input inrush current limiter, alongside capabilities for series or parallel operation for redundancy. The power dissipation at full output load is 22W for 230Vac input and 23.7W for 120Vac input. The output stage capacitance is 7000µF, and electrical durability ranges from 34,000 to 334,000 hours depending on operating conditions. The ripple is maintained at 50mVpp. This AC/DC power supply unit, part of the C-Line series, is designed with a 20% power reserve and features a DC-OK relay contact output and spring-clamp connections. It accepts a supply voltage of 85Vac-132Vac / 184Vac-264Vac with auto-selection and has a rated current of up to 12A at 24Vdc in environments below 45°C. The output voltage is adjustable between 24Vdc and 28Vdc, with minimal turn-on overshoot, and the hold time is 47ms at 230Vac input.
