Product description
PULS CP5.481 is a DIN rail mounting power supply unit with an aluminium housing, designed for a wide range of industrial applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +70°C, with linear derating between +60 and +70°C. The unit consumes current at varying rates depending on the input voltage, including 0.61A at 230Vac, 1.09A at 120Vac, and 1.31A at 100Vac for full output, among other specified rates. It features an IP20 degree of protection and achieves an efficiency of up to 93.5% at 230Vac input. The dimensions are specified as 32mm in width, 124mm in height, and 102mm in depth. The CP5.481 includes a time delay for start-up and rise, with specific values provided for different conditions. It offers protection functions such as output overvoltage and overload/short-circuit protection, with the capability for series or parallel operation for increased output voltages or power. The unit is resistant to back-feeding loads up to 63V. Power dissipation losses are detailed for various input conditions, and the output stage capacitance is 750µF. Electrical durability is extensively detailed, highlighting operational hours under various conditions and temperatures. The ripple voltage is specified under different load conditions. This AC/DC power supply unit is part of the CP-series, designed with NEC Class 2, a 20% power reserve, and includes a DC-OK relay contact output. Connection is facilitated through screw-clamp connections. It supports a wide range of supply voltages both in AC and DC, with detailed specifications for rated current and power across different temperatures, and an adjustable output voltage range of 48-56Vdc. The hold time after power loss is also specified for different input conditions.
