Anybus by HMS Networks AB7897-F, part of the X-gateway series, is a protocol translator gateway designed for vertical or flat installation. It features galvanic isolation on both BUS/Ethernet sides and allows I/O configuration via a USB port using Anybus Configuration Manager software. This model functions as a CANopen slave and CC-Link slave, equipped with 2 node address switches (x10 / x1), 2 station address switches (x10 / x1), 2 baud rate switches, and 10 LED indicators for fieldbus/sub-network/device status. It operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.) and has dimensions of H127mm x W44mm x D114mm. The housing is made of aluminium and plastic, with connection types including a 5-pin CC-Link connector, a 9-pin D-sub male connector (CANopen), a 2-poles 5.08mm plug-in screw connector for power (X3), and a USB connector (X4). It offers an IP20 NEMA 1 degree of protection and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The communication protocols supported are CANopen and CC-Link, with an ambient air temperature for operation ranging from -25 to +65°C. The current consumption is 400mA (24Vdc; max.) and 200mA (typical), with an ambient air temperature for storage from -40 to +85°C. Speed capabilities are 10kbit/s to 1Mbit/s for CANopen slave and 156kbit/s to 10Mbit/s for CC-Link. It is designed to operate in environments with 5-95% relative humidity (RH; non-condensing).
