Anybus by HMS Networks AB7652-F is a gateway designed for protocol translation within the X-gateway series. It functions as a PROFIBUS slave and a PROFINET-IO device, featuring vertical or flat installation positions with galvanic isolation on both BUS/Ethernet sides. Configuration is managed via a USB port using Anybus Configuration Manager software. The device includes 2 node address switches (x10 / x1), 10 LED indicators for fieldbus, sub-network, and device status, and supports a supply voltage range of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal). Its dimensions are H127mm x W44mm x D114mm, housed in aluminium and plastic, and it offers various connection types including 1 x RJ45 LAN connector for 100Mbit/s Ethernet PROFINET I.O. in full duplex, 1 x 9-pin D-sub female connector for PROFIBUS, 1 x 2-poles 5.08mm plug-in screw connector for power, and 1 x USB connector. The AB7652-F has an IP20 NEMA 1 degree of protection, is mounted via DIN rail, and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +65°C. It consumes 400mA (max) or 200mA (typical) at 24Vdc, can be stored in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85°C, and operates with humidity levels of 5-95% RH non-condensing. Communication speeds are 100Mbit/s for PROFINET and up to 12Mbit/s for PROFIBUS.
