SLO30VB6Y Description
Banner Engineering SLO30VB6Y is a photo-electric slot / optical fork sensor within the SLO series. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc / 24Vdc. Designed for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C, it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6. The sensor has a slot (U-shaped) shape with a passageway width of 30.2 mm and an overall width of 52 mm, a height of 72 mm, and a depth of 19 mm. It includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and has a sensing distance of 30mm. The light source is infrared (IR) with a wavelength of 890 nm, and it features a rapid response time of 0.3ms / 0.0003 s. The operating modes available are Light-ON and Dark-ON.
