Q76E-VP-ZLVC-2M Description
Banner Engineering Q76E-VP-ZLVC-2M is a photo-electric sensor designed for retro-reflective mode operation with a wide beam. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +60 °C and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens. This sensor is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for connection. It belongs to the Q76E series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and IP69, making it suitable for challenging environments. The supply voltage required for operation is between 10Vdc and 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is designed for easy installation, and it can detect objects up to 4m away. The sensor emits visible red light at a wavelength of 620 nm and can operate in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes. It features a single digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) and boasts a quick response time of 2ms / 0.002 s.
