Banner Engineering Q45BB6LPQPMAD is a polarized photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of detection applications. It features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor is designed in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment for precise control. It comes pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm PUR cable that terminates with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector, ensuring easy and quick connectivity. Part of the Q45BB6 series, it boasts an IP67 NEMA 6P degree of protection, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and a polyurethane (PUR) cable sheath, ensuring durability. The sensing distance ranges from 0.15cm to 6m, and it emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 680 nm. It offers both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes for versatile application and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) with a rapid response time of 2ms / 0.002 s.
