About the product
Banner Engineering DXM100-B1R3 is a remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting and features a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers two analog outputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc), alongside four digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; NMOS; 1A). This controller is equipped with four digital inputs (12-30Vdc; Sink/Source/Counter) that can also function as 4AI (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc / 10kΩ thermistor). With an IP20 degree of protection and dimensions of H61.1mm x W105.3mm x D94.7mm, it includes a 100MHz processing speed for efficient data aggregation of sensors and wireless networks, utilizing FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology and a SAM4 processor CAN. Connection options include an RJ45 connector for Ethernet and an RP-SMA connector, supported by a supply voltage range of 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.). The DXM100-B1R3 supports RS-485, RS-232, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and Ethernet/IP communication protocols, with a memory capacity of 2MB (on-board) and an expandable 8GB via SD card. It operates on a 2.4GHz ISM band frequency with a 65mW radio (PE5 performance radio; worldwide), capable of a maximum 3.2km transmission distance at nominal emission power.
