DXM100-B1R1 Banner I/O Modules

Banner Engineering DXM100-B1R1 is a remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting and features a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers 2 analog outputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc), with a degree of protection rated at IP20. The dimensions of the DXM100-B1R1 are H61.1mm x W105.3mm x D94.7mm. It includes 4 digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; NMOS; 1A) and 4 digital inputs (12-30Vdc; Sink/Source/Counter) that can also function as 4 analog inputs (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc / 10kΩ thermistor). This Modbus I/O controller is part of the DXM100-B1 series and is designed with a 100MHz processing speed to support data aggregation of sensors and wireless networks using FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology and a SAM4 processor CAN. Connection types include an RJ45 connector for Ethernet and an RP-SMA connector. It requires a supply voltage of 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.) and supports communication protocols such as RS-485, RS-232, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and Ethernet/IP. The memory capacity is 2MB for on-board memory and 8GB for an SD card. It operates on a 900MHz ISM band 1W radio (PE5 performance radio; North America) and can achieve a maximum transmission distance of 9.6km at nominal emission power.
